Growing Your Faith

growing in faith

I miss you. I started this blog several years ago, intending to share the amazing radical love of Jesus with you while learning how to grow our faith in Jesus Christ.

In the beginning, I was very consistent, and then life happened. I contracted Lyme Disease, and my life felt like it was spiraling out of control. Everything came to a jeering halt.

The last time I posted, I got to share with you the healing I had received. Please take a moment to read “Hallelujah For The Cross.

Since that post, life has again thrown many curveballs. I have experienced loss, rejection, and, unfortunately, more illness, but I have gained many new friends, reconciliation, and have grown in my faith.

The Lord has put on my heart an urgency to start writing again, and for that, I am so excited. I hope you will join me on this journey of seeking further healing and joining with you in going deeper together in our faith as we discover more and more of the majesty of our God.

I thought there was no better time to restart than Lent. Starting next week, I will begin a six-week Lenten series on the prophesies and fulfillment regarding Jesus’ life and, ultimately, the resurrection. I want to draw closer to Jesus with you as we look to the cross and the resurrection.

I will post once a week (on Wednesdays) a devotion (or as my kids call them, “Devos”) throughout Lent with a challenge for you to go deeper in your faith.

Are you with me?

I will share a bonus post on Monday the 15th, and then the first lenten post will be Wednesday the 17th, the first day of Lent. I can’t wait to see where the Lord will lead us.
